Last week when I turned the A.C. of my car for the first time in a long time was when I realized that this is the point of no return- Doha officially welcomed summer! Compared to the 50 degrees heat and humidity we experience during July and August, I actually quite enjoy this weather. It’s ideal for lounging by the pool, enjoying outdoor BBQs, eating gelatos in the afternoon and injecting fun and interesting texture and fabric into your wardrobe like this sheer blouse I recently purchased. The mannish oversized proportion is what I look for in a shirt and the multicolored Igraffe ikat print is gorgeous. I have a feeling that will become my uniform for work paired with tailored pants and for lazy Saturday afternoon strolls with ice cream in hand of course.
