On weekdays, my breakfast is an Americano from our nearby cupcake place at work and if I have a bit of time, a bowl of cereal at home. I do however make an effort to prepare a full on breakfast/brunch on weekends which is usually my specialty scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese, and a fruit bowl. I decided to change things up last weekend when I suddenly craved for cold pizza. I remember seeing this recipe and decided to use up leftover pizza dough to make this hearty breakfast pizza. I recommend doubling the cheese than what is called for in the recipe.
