I’m fortunate that my job allows me to travel to international film festival such as Berlinale, and last week at Cannes Film Festival. It’s a lot of hard work but was balanced with good food & wine and great company.  I’m usually slumped on my laptop until late at night but I was able to slip at the Martinez for a 5:00 pm Apple Martini whilst celebrity watching (papped Eva Longoria, Tilda Swinton, Jennifer Connelly and strangely- Tara Reid). Getting to walk (or speed walked) the red carpet for the premiere of ‘Lawless’ was definitely the highlight of my trip. With all the excitement and glamour surrounding Cannes Film Festival, after 16 days I was very happy to be back home and sleep in my own bed. Till next time Cannes!
