News flash ladies, crop tops are here to stay! blogged about it here, it became my motivation to work out (I’m that shallow) and took this opportunity this weekend to flash a sliver of skin before I go on a downward spiral of stress eating and binge eating again.

Of course what does an inner fat girl do before the shoot? Succumb to the pressure of wearing a crop top by chowing down baguette-sized sandwich and waffles for dessert. It’s ok, I will be back soon to expose my abs (or flabs, we’ll see) after doing this Insanity Fast and Furious Abs. What can I say, my teenage dream of having Britney Spears abs (circa 2001) is coming back to me so let’s work b**ch!!
