This month, I made a conscious decision to better myself both mentally and physically. I now allocate time for workout, meditation and recite positive affirmations. My eating habits have also changed and paid more attention to nutritional value rather than being on a ‘diet’. I still have a long journey to go but there’s been an improvement in my mood and overall wellbeing. It’s going to be a busy month ahead at work but I’m hoping to maintain some sort of balance so I don’t burn out. For now, I will dedicate this weekend for relaxation and spending time with my husband before I face a challenging November.
