Outfit from Kalmanovich | Headpiece from Masterpeace, all from The Closet Qatar
I’m not a big fan of tourists when I travel. Whenever I see a group of Asians exiting a bus with selfie sticks on hand, I roll my eyes and quickly exit the vicinity. Not that I have anything against group tours but they photobomb all my shots. We now go on a limb to avoid them even if it meant waking up at sunrise or and stay away from touristy areas.
On our recent trip to the South of France, we skipped the popular areas Eze, St.Paul de Vence and St.Tropez and rented a car with an aim to uncover South of France secrets. With a great road trip playlist and a backseat full of snacks, we spent most of our days visiting little villages around South of France and Provence. We discovered this old watermill in Luberon on the way to a lavender field and immediately felt like the perfect set up for our photo shoot.
This outfit from Kalmanovich came alive against this beautiful, serene backdrop almost making it looked like I was transported into some enchanting lakeside setting.
