An all-black ensemble is my go-to fail safe outfit, I wear all an-black outfit when I want to step up my fashion game and even when I’m feeling uninspired. I can safely say that’s it’s become a uniform now, which can be problematic for a number of reasons. People assume that I wear the same pair of black jeans over and over again, my husband thinks I’ve given up on life, and most importantly, it creates a splatter of dullness on my Instagram feed!
No matter how much I try to change, I go back to my bad habit. There’s something rather comforting about wearing all black so I figured that instead of trying to fight it, I’ll try to improve it. How? Adding a splash of color to my all-black ensemble whether it’s in a form of accessories, details in clothes or even by adding a bit of color on my lips.
I’ve pulled all the stops with this outfit. I have my trusty green-moss bucket bag, a splash of color on my Christopher Kane sweater and a swipe of red lipstick. I must be feeling crazy adventurous that day! This ladies and gentlemen is the kind of excitement that happens in Clumsy Chic world of late, I apologize.
